Shipping Information
We ship poster prints worldwide from our studio in Hamburg, Germany. Every order is inspected and carefully rolled or boxed before it leaves us.
Processing time
Orders are prepared within 1-2 business days. During peak periods and holiday sales this may extend to 3-4 business days. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order has shipped.
Delivery times
- Germany: 2-3 business days
- European Union: 4-7 business days
- United Kingdom: 5-8 business days
- United States & Canada: 7-14 business days
- Rest of world: 10-21 business days
These are estimates in business days and exclude customs processing. Packages outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes and fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping price.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, order size and shipping method. Free standard shipping is applied where indicated in the cart.
Tracking
Tracking numbers are emailed once your parcel has been scanned by the carrier. Please allow up to 24 hours for the first scan to appear. If tracking has not updated after 5 business days, contact us at admin@filmartwalls.com.
Undeliverable parcels
If a parcel cannot be delivered, it will be returned to our studio. We will contact you to arrange either a redelivery or a refund. Return shipping caused by an incorrect or incomplete address is not refunded.
